Refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges cannot be permitted. However, if we make a mistake, we will do our best to resolve the issue right away. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. 

When will my order ship?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, though most items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days, using Priority Mail USPS, excluding US holidays, weekends, and after 2 pm on Fridays. Please make sure shipping information is up to date, including apartment numbers.  Essence Of Nature LLC cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses; this also includes PayPal orders. 

How long will it be before I receive my first order?

Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.

Expedited shipping time is 1-2 business days. 

International shipping time can take up to 2 weeks. 

Summertime Shipping?

Due to rising outdoor temperatures in the summertime, there is a likelihood that body butter and salves could potentially melt during transit.  If so, put products in the refrigerator until solidified. Please take this into consideration when making your purchases.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Although,  Essence of Nature LLC cannot by  responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays that arise once the shipment reaches your country’s postal office. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, make sure your address is correct. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Once your order ships, will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information included. Use this tracking number to keep up with your order while in transit.

My product arrived broken or never arrived What can I do? 

We take the utmost care when packaging our products. Once Essence of Nature LLC ships your order and it has been scanned and confirmed to be in possession of the US Postal Service, we are no longer liable for the package. We cannot issue refunds or be held liable for missing or broken packages. You must contact your local USPS and file a claim using you're tracking number. Most shipments have between $50  $100 of insurance. Essence of Nature LLC cannot be  responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, nor if a package is undeliverable due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
